Information is stored in the locked cupboard – manual records – access is only possible by Jennifer King.

Jennifer King Skin Clinic will not share or disclose any personal information to third parties. However should information need to be shared to a third party for a specific reason, this will not be done without prior consent from the customer/supplier.
How long we keep your personal information
We will keep your personal data only as long as is necessary to conclude the purpose for which it was collected. The standard term is 7 years in compliance with HMRC records keeping requirements.
Data will be securely destroyed when no longer required.
Access to your information and correction
Customers and suppliers may request a copy of the data held about them. If you wish to correct any information held by Jennifer King Skin Clinic please speak to Jennifer King.
